Responsible for timely transactional processing of New Installation sales orders in VIEW (internal ERP) and SAP.
Verify if data in the system is according to signed contracts and to TKE policies.
Register Order Intakes in SAP in a structured way.
Extract & send relevant Reports to internal customers or management, as & when the situation demands.
Must be proficient in MS Excel and SAP modules.
Coordinates with branches in case of deviations in order booking process for timely resolution to achieve order booking targets before month-end deadline.
Must be a good team player and open to cross training
Who we are looking for

Any Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Order Intake Processing. Prior experience of working in SAP SD Module.
Prior experience of working in similar order booking process in elevator industry.
Proficiency in English language (written & verbal) with good articulation and communication skills is a mandatory requirement.
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel is also a key requirement.
