Job Description







Roles:

  • Maintaining copies of Agreements, Commercial Invoices, Customer Accounts statement


  • Coordinate with other function on PO, Agreement, Sales Invoices, materials dispatch, payment confirmation and reconciliation


  • Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies


  • Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)


  • Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels


  • Issue customer account statements and do payment follow-up periodically or whenever necessary


  • Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.



  • Prepare report as required

Skills requirement:
  • Working knowledge in MS Office and proficiency in Excel
  • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
