Skill Sets: Handle complete admin/accounts, billing, and HR which includes billing/payments/admin/renewal reminders/filing/sales support Handling Complete Taxation, TDS, Profession Tax, GST Filing & Payments. Knowledge of Quickbooks Accounting software will be an added advantage. Respond to customers in English via the 'Think Support' ticket system, email, and phone Candidate’s Profile: Payment Follow Ups with Clients. Ability to handle Support Requests from Clients on Phone and Email. An enterprising leader with strong analytical Problem solving & organizational abilities. Energetic leader with motivational and team building skills. Works quickly and efficiently under pressure Attention to detail. Should be able to interact with Clients and get their updates done. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with the Management & conducting selection interviews. Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity Building capability and quality enhancement.
