The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the EV Fleet, FMCG, or Quick Commerce industries.- As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, creating engaging campaigns, and promoting our products/services to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities :- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business growth.- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, social media, websites, and offline materials.- Brand Promotion: Develop strategies to promote the brand and its products in the EV Fleet, FMCG, or Quick Commerce sectors.- SEO & Digital Marketing: Optimize website content for SEO, manage paid campaigns (PPC, Google Ads), and monitor performance analytics to enhance online visibility.- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers through targeted campaigns and personalized marketing strategies to increase engagement and customer retention.- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.Industry Knowledge: Experience in EV Fleet, FMCG, or Quick Commerce industries is preferred.Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.Creativity: Strong creative skills with a passion for developing innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
