Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Monitoring & Controlling of Resource Conservation Activities
- Identification & Implementation of Equipment Health condition Plans
- Maintaining the system needs of Department
- Monitoring the Organization Policy Implementation in Department. (TS 16949, ISO, OHSAS, EMS, KAIZEN, RISE Circle, CFT, TPM, MQW etc.)
- Design of PM / CM Plan of Equipment
- Audits:-PM,Safety,1S&2S
- Planning & Execution of Shut Down activities of sections
- Analysis of Breakdowns for CAPA and promotion of Safe and Efficient Practices at all levels
- Validation of Shift Schedule & Manpower Planning
- Performing all the listed activities of an electrical Safety Officer
- Project Planning and executions
- Calling RFQ, Preparing PR & intending material
- Assigning Right person on Right Place
- Training needs identification in department
- Maintaining discipline in Department
- Organizing subordinate to build up Team spirit
