About the Role :We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts for our digital marketing services. This includes SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Web/App Development, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and more. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the digital marketing and IT services space.- Develop a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, online lead generation, and partnerships.- Pitch and present the company's digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, SMM, Content Marketing, Web Development, etc.) to potential clients.- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and business presentations based on client needs.- Drive the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - and consistently achieve sales targets.- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close high-value deals.- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.- Coordinate with the digital marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.Key Requirements:- 2-5 years of proven experience in IT Sales or Digital Marketing Sales.- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media, Website/App Development, and Email Marketing.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet sales targets under tight deadlines.- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-focused mindset.Educational Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.- MBA in Marketing/Sales or related discipline is a plus.
