Inside Sales ExecutiveExperience: 1 to 3 YearsLocation: AgraJob Responsibilities:- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using tele-scripts- Answering questions about products or the company- Talking fluently in the customers language- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales- Follow- up with customers within a specified time period with regards to the initial call- Enter and update customer information in the database- Take and process orders in an accurate manner- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information- Maintaining customer relationshipsAdditional InformationJob Requirement:- Strong sales skills- Calling experience is must- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to write and present reports- Strong organizational skills (ref:updazz.com)
