B.E. / B.Tech./Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering/ Electronics & Communication/ Electrical from a reputed Institute/University
3 years of relevant experience in case B.E./B.Tech. and 5 years in case of Diploma. Technical Level \xe2\x80\x93 L1 Plus



Experience



Following tasks comprise the job profile: Monitor and Perform Application backups. Monitor and Perform HANA DB, SQL DB MaxDB, FileServer and Content Server backups. Backup management and execution using IBM Tivoli Storage Manager. Tape checkout operations involving HPE MSL Library and those involving HPE StoreOnce. User Lock/Unlock, Password Reset, - MASS maintenance/ Cutovers. Role Assignments, De-Assignments and Bulk Assignments as instructed by SAP-Authorisation Cell. Opening/Closing R3 connection, opening of SAP Router ports. Troubleshooting of SAP BO issues and user management. Performing Month End \xe2\x80\x93 Posting period open/close activities in S4 and ECC.

• SAP and server Start/Stop.
• Support HP, DELL, IBM and other vendors to work on our issues.
• Extracting and sharing various logs with vendor\xe2\x80\x99s support teams while troubleshooting H/w issues.
• ABAP Short Dump analysis and reporting.
• Management of Old locks and stuck updates.
• Troubleshooting of RFC issues.
• SAP Printing issues \xe2\x80\x93 creation of output devices, updating Print drivers and management of spools.
• Monitor and report SAP Java systems.
• Create JCo destinations on Java Systems.
• Manage users on SAP Java systems.
• Monitoring SAP HANA databases.
• Start/Stop/Log management in SAP HANA.
• Monitor and report SAP HANA replication.
• Support various plant\xe2\x80\x99s users and teams with GSD on SAP GUI issues.
• Support on WebGUI issues and coordination on Fiori issues.
• Support vendor\xe2\x80\x99s access for DC tasks.
• Hands-on experience of working and troubleshooting on Linux OS and operating SAP on Linux OS.
• Working knowledge of third-party Backup tools like Tivoli Storage Manager along with SAP HANA
• Physical monitoring in Goregaon and NOIDA DCs.
