What this job involves:

Growing our business and brand

You'll play a huge role in determining the company's direction and spotting opportunities for growth. Using a consultative business development approach, you will increase our revenue and effectively make sure our brand remains a cut above the rest in Asia Pacific. As you bring the JLL brand to the spotlight, you'll also be charged with the responsibility to take our business development strategies to the next level, with the goal of improving our shortlist and win rates.

Guided by our globally adopted methodology and processes, you'll also draft, edit and review proposals, presentations, selling documents and other messaging materials from inception to completion.

Providing impeccable management skills

Are you an ace in all things project management? You'll be the central figure in communicating with business and sales leaders on various business development initiatives. To boost our client relationships, you'll also give our sales teams a leg up in keeping our strategies fresh and exciting.

This role also entails a lot of collaboration with all business lines, as you come together to dream up and craft the most effective and creative strategic responses on high-profile pursuits and sales collaterals.

Pushing standards of excellence to the forefront

For more than 200 years, the JLL brand has become synonymous to passion and excellence, and as the person in charge, you'll ensure it that our people live up to this legacy by providing smart, indispensable insights to our AP Competitive Intelligence platform.

Likewise, you'll be a key figure in developing proof points and sales tools that will enhance our knowledge management platforms. Developing measurement reports to monitor our successes will also be under your mandate.

A seasoned leader

This role calls for someone with vast industry experience--that's why the ideal candidate must have at least eight years of writing experience in a business environment. Likewise, we want a leader who is equipped with a deep understanding of cross-selling and multiple service delivery.

You should also have a proven track record of managing senior professionals and their expectations in a high pressure environment. A candidate with solid exposure to the real estate industry is also highly preferred.
