Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for closing the vacant position with in TAT
Responsible for New joiner on-boarding & induction
Responsible for execution of Training to all employees as per Training Calendar
Online attendance monitoring for all on role employees
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Labor attendance maintained at various Breeder farms and wages sheet preparation

Responsible for ensuring welfare measures as per policy

General administration & Grievance handling
Responsible for ensuring Employee Engagement as per guidelines

Responsible for ensuring all necessary statutory compliances without any deviation

Responsible for maintaining all records and HR MIS report
Responsible for employee PF and ESI
Desired Candidate Profile

MBA in HR or MSW with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Spoken Hindi would be an added advantage
Effective oral and written communication skills
