Summary



This HR Executive is supportive role in manages the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit (H2R), ensuring accurate documentation and system entries. They oversee shift management, attendance tracking, and coordinate with technical teams for system and equipment maintenance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain compliance and operational efficiency

Role & responsibilities



Manage new employee joining formalities, documentation, and verification. Ensure accurate employee punch registration, lunch card, uniform, and locker issuance. Enroll staff into HR software and POS systems and update the associate database. Maintain trackers for locker card, dormitory, and uniform issuance. Coordinate shift management, including sharing active employee lists, consolidating attendance, and processing shift changes. Follow up on missing statutory documents and manage the deletion of exiting employees from POS. Coordinate with technical teams for staff locker resets and repairs and assign new locker cards. Maintain and organize all employee related documents

The ideal candidate for the HR Executive position is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in HR operations. They possess a proven ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks, including meticulous document verification and accurate data entry across various HR systems. A proactive problem-solver, they excel at coordinating complex processes like onboarding and shift management, ensuring compliance and efficiency. A candidate with experience in managing employee records, coordinating with technical teams for hardware/software related issues, and with proven experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information would be highly advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
