To look after Independently
1. Day to Day HR Activities.
2. Complete Pay roll / Incentives / Bonus Leave administration.
3. IR & Labour Laws like PF, ESI, Factory Act , Minimum wage act, Bonus Act etc. activities such as filling return, renewal of license. Maintaining record & registers under applicable law.
4. Attend audit & Inspection under various labour laws.
5. Daily Courier activities
6. To Supervise House Keeping activities
7. To Maintain First Aid, House Keeping, Safety Material, Stationery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
