Direct and coordinate all housekeeping activities and implement operating procedures
Manage and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other supplies, and manage the department's budget.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations and maintain protocols for lost-and-found items and room keys
Address guest complaints and facilitate special requests
