Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards across all guest rooms and public areas.
Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, including room attendants and supervisors.
Prepare duty rosters, manage staff schedules, and handle manpower planning.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and premises.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for room readiness and repairs.
Manage housekeeping inventory, linen, and supplies effectively.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Train staff on cleaning techniques, grooming, and guest handling.
Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services promptly.
Monitor department budgets and control costs.
