Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with brand standards.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
Oversee linen and laundry operations, ensuring timely supply and quality.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure smooth room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower coverage at all times.
Conduct regular training programs on hygiene, grooming, chemical usage, safety, and guest handling.
Motivate and evaluate staff performance, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Guest Experience
Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
Anticipate guest needs and personalize housekeeping services to enhance guest satisfaction.
Ensure turndown service and special requests are executed efficiently.
Administration & Budgeting
Monitor and control housekeeping expenses, including manpower, cleaning supplies, and laundry.
Maintain stock levels of linen, guest amenities, and cleaning materials.
Ensure proper maintenance and safety of housekeeping equipment.
Prepare monthly reports on housekeeping performance, costs, and inventory.
Compliance & Safety
Enforce safety, security, and hygiene policies in housekeeping operations.
Ensure compliance with local laws and hotel standards related to health, safety, and the environment.
Implement eco-friendly practices and support sustainability initiatives of the hotel.
