Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their crew
Establish and/or implement operating procedures and standards.
Provide ongoing training for housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
Develop and manage the housekeeping department budget, considering labor, supplies, and equipment.
Implement cost control measures to optimize departmental spending.
Collaborate with the front office to ensure seamless coordination between housekeeping and guest services.
Address guest complaints related to cleanliness promptly and effectively.
Oversee and schedule repairs and maintenance activities in collaboration with the engineering department.
