Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and service standards
Draft, implement, and manage
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for the kitchen team
Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and presentation across all dishes
Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high performance
Manage inventory, food costing, and wastage control.
Collaborate with management on menu planning and innovation
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum
4+ years of experience
as a Head Chef / Executive Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role
Continental cuisine experience preferred
Strong experience in
drafting, implementing, and managing kitchen SOPs
Leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of food costing, portion control, and kitchen efficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education
