Supporting daily operations, coordinating meetings and office activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functions Viz.,

? Administrative tasks, managing client communications, assisting with project development, coordinating office activities.

? Record-keeping, data entry, assisting with other departmental functions, and contributing to overall organizational efficiency.

? Keeping records updated, managing files, and ensuring data integrity.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software.

? Ability to multitask, manage tasks efficiently, and maintain organized records.

? The role often requires supporting various functions, so flexibility and cross-departmental exposure are beneficial.

Language:

Strong written and verbal communication is essential for interacting with colleagues and clients.

Fluency in Tamil & English is must

Hindi Speaking and Regional language speaking is a plus

Travel may be part of your role. So candidate should be ready for it.
