Handle daily follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Draft and respond to professional emails, letters, and communication with accuracy and clarity.
Maintain records of follow-ups, pending tasks, and ensure proper closure.
Support the Director/Management with correspondence, meeting coordination, and scheduling.
Prepare and share reports, updates, and summaries as required.
Communicate effectively with customers for queries, updates, and relationship management.
Assist in documentation, data entry, and maintaining client databases.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments if required.
