Roles and Responsibilities :- Recruit Team under you- Recruit Part-Time Employees - Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan- Conduct meetings with reporting agents- Generate revenue and acquire new customers- Attend all meetings and training programs- Ensure 1 or 2 joint calls are made on a daily basis- Comply with all the policies and procedures laid down by the companyRequired Candidates :- Education: Graduate- Experience: Sales experience of 2 years in sales and marketing- Age : Between 24 to 38 year- Who are ok with the given ctc- One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills and a go getter attitude- One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets (ref:updazz.com)
