Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Executive Engineer

to oversee engineering operations, maintenance activities, and project execution. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, infrastructure, and utilities while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and supervise engineering and maintenance activities Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, STP, DG, Fire & Safety) Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for projects and repairs Monitor utilities consumption and implement cost-saving measures Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation Handle AMC contracts, audits, inspections, and certifications Support renovation, expansion, and new project activities Ensure timely resolution of engineering issues and guest/user complaints
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of building services, MEP systems, and maintenance operations Familiarity with safety standards and statutory compliance Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies
Preferred Skills

Experience in Hotels / Hospitals / Commercial Buildings / Manufacturing units Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices Computer literacy (MS Office, maintenance software, BMS)

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
