Job Title : Email/WhatsApp Marketing Executive Experience : Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an Email/WhatsApp marketing or related domain Job Summary : - As an Email and WhatsApp Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and engage with our target audience. The role involves creating compelling content, designing effective campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously optimizing strategies to enhance overall marketing effectiveness. Role and Responsibilities :- Develop and implement email and WhatsApp marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. - Plan and schedule campaigns, considering audience segmentation and targeted messaging. - Manage subscriber databases and analyze campaign metrics. - Create engaging and relevant content for email and WhatsApp campaigns, including text, images, and multimedia elements. - Identify the target audience and grow the Email and WhatsApp list. - Ensure the content is clear and error-free. - Optimize email templates for mobile devices. - Conduct A/B testing on different elements of email and WhatsApp campaigns to optimize for better results. - Implement learnings from tests to refine future strategies. - Set up and execute email and WhatsApp campaigns using marketing automation tools and messaging platforms. - Segment email and WhatsApp contact lists based on various criteria such as demographics, behavior, and preferences. - Personalize messages to enhance engagement and conversion rates. - Track and analyze key performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs. - Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements. - Stay updated on email marketing regulations and best practices to ensure compliance. - Implement industry standards for opt-ins, opt-outs, and data privacy. - Coordinate with the design team for creative assets and ensure consistent branding.- Collaborate with other marketing teams to align strategies and messaging. Qualification and Skills : - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in email and WhatsApp marketing. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and messaging platforms. - Strong copywriting and content creation skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights. - Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Creativity and a keen eye for design. - Familiarity with CRM systems. - Up to date with industry trends and best practices. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
