TechPubs Executive shall assist in creating and maintaining documentation for Flight Operations department including manuals, bulletins, checklists and alerts. These documents must comply with regulations , Company guidelines, and established industry safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Promulgations of Company manuals, circulars, charts and other documents within a designated format and maintain documentation in accordance to all records, retention policies and standards.
- Maintain Library /portal
- Maintain master copy of manuals
- Collaborate with content owners to facilitate document revisions, standardize content, format and offer publication support.
- Facilitate the release of approved technical documentation to multiple electronic platforms.
- Maintain archives of approvals and published revisions.
