Job Description

oManage and resolve customer, vendor & chauffeur queries.

oIdentify and escalate issues to supervisors

oBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

oConvince, convert and onboard the leads by providing necessary information about our services.

oTake vendors through the process, convince them by sharing deals and offers and convey the value of making an attachment with us.

oAnswer a large number of incoming calls and respond to customers &

vendors oProvide service-related information to customers & vendors

oDocument all call information according to standard operating procedures

oFollow up customer & vendor calls where necessary

oHandling complaints vendor support helpline

oTo acknowledge and resolve customer & vendor issues oAnalyzing the process & giving the outcome for streamlining the process if required.

oVerification of vendor documents and provide enrolment support

Required Qualifications and Skills



oAny bachelors degree/diploma

0-5 years of work experience in relevant field.

oKnowledge of customer service practices and principles

oExcellent typing skills

oSuperior listening, verbal and written communication skills (Tamil and English)

Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

oLead Conversion & Convincing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?18,500.00 per month
