Job Description


Key Responsibilities : Responsible for responding to buyers\' queries and issues via emails. Responsible for handling logistics queries and issues via emails. Responsible for taking buyers, sellers, and logistics calls. Responsible for making outbound calls in case of follow-ups. Responsible for communicating with external coordinators (warehouse) to resolve the cases. Night shift due to USA working hours Qualification: Any Graduation / Bachelor\'s degree. Proven experience in e-commerce or BPO industry or a similar role . Male candidate prefer. Willing to do Night shift. Soft Skills : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
