Purpose of the Role: The objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by focusing on service skills and ensure all required operational parameters are met and adhered to. He/she shall be closely involved in interacting with customers on a day to day basis, clarifying and resolving customer complaints and queries, determining the cause of the problem, providing best resolution Role Description \xef\x82\xb7 To provide customer satisfaction on every call / e-mail. \xef\x82\xb7 To ensure closure of the ticket / e-mail within the prescribed TAT \xef\x82\xb7 To provide speedy resolution \xef\x82\xb7 Willingness to work in rotational Off & rotational Shifts \xef\x82\xb7 To resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint Key Result Areas: This role will drive high performance customer service by ensuring the desired level of productivity, call quality, SME skills, resolution providing skills are as per the organizations required norms. Education: Graduate or equivalent Work Experience \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 Years of work experience \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in customer service or call center background is preferred \xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication skills \xef\x82\xb7 Good interpersonal skills \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of multiple languages like Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi will be an added advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9220,000.00 - 9350,000.00 per year Benefits:
