Requirements and skills :- Greet clients warmly and make them feel welcome upon arrival.- Act as the main point of contact for clients during their on-site visits.- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the real estate offerings.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.- Actively listen to client concerns and address them promptly and professionally.- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance satisfaction.- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the real estate process.- Update clients on the status of their transactions and provide relevant information.- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.- Ensure a hospitable and comfortable atmosphere for clients visiting the site.- Coordinate and oversee amenities such as refreshments, waiting areas, and other hospitality services.- Implement creative ideas to enhance the overall client experience.- Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of any challenges clients may encounter.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences.- Assist in the preparation of relevant documentation for transactions and client records.Qualifications :- Previous experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in the real estate industry.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.- Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus.- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
