We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive Customer Interaction cum Front Office for a reputed company in Mumbai (Prabhadevi).

Roles & responsibilities:-

  • Welcoming Customers
  • Meeting them at the workshop
  • Reminder Calls
  • Follow up calls
  • Customer mapping by different online portals
  • Lead generation by various means allotted
  • Report generation
  • Inform the Advisor about the customer\'s visit
  • Collect the contact information of the walk-in clients & pass the same to the adviser and team
Desired Candidate Profile :
  • Good Communication skills.
  • English Proficiency.
  • Customer alling experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Managing customers.
  • MS Office (word & excel) basic knowledge required
  • Positive attitude towards work
  • Minimum HSC or Graduate from any stream must
  • 6 months + experience preferred
  • Freshers are also Welcome
