About the Role


As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for an Executive- Commercial Support.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• Managing monthly / quarterly/ Yearly variance reports and adhoc reports for Commercial and CS team.
• Managing all activities related to customer order orders, executing, invoicing and delivery.
• Sales upload related activities in SAP.
• Ensuring material, customer, and pricing master data setup in SAP.
• Co-ordinating with Area Managers in day-to-day sales support activities.
• Daily liaising with operations teams and external customers and depots.
• Raising all service PO for the respective countries in a timely manner.
• Maintaining excel sheet and keeping track of orders and service PO\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Preparing stock cover reports and analyzing inventory level at depots.
• Follow-up with SCM/Quality for timely availability and release of products.
• Assisting in Sales and demand forecasting.

For this role, you will also have the following:
Qualifications:

• Graduate with science background or Post graduation in mathematics is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Must have significant experience in preparing daily/weekly sales dashboard and have strong analytical skills.
• Experience in updating, tracking order status and in preparing the stock and sales report for monthly and quarterly review.
• Advanced skills including all Microsoft Products (EXCEL and Power Point especially)
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Proactive nature with focus on proactive prevention of possible issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent in operating SAP (SD Module or Basic knowledge)/ERP applications.
• A positive and \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 approach, biased towards finding solutions and embracing change.
