Job Description

Responsibilities of an executive chef include: Delegating tasks, Creating strategies for an orderly flow of operations, Performing special tasks such as preparing specialty dishes, Recipe costing, and Monitoring overall food cost.

Menu creation

Designing menus for daily operations and special events, such as weddings and birthday parties

Staff management

Hiring, training, and motivating kitchen staff, and creating weekly schedules

Food quality

Ensuring food quality is consistently high and that hygiene standards are met

Inventory and ordering

Maintaining inventory and ordering food and supplies from approved vendors

Budgeting

Organizing and monitoring budgets for the kitchen, including food, equipment, and staffing

Kitchen operations

Overseeing the daily activities of the kitchen staff, including sous chefs, cooks, and assistants

Equipment

Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is running efficiently and arranging repairs or new parts when required

Communication

Interacting with customers and participating in meetings with other management staff
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
