We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and banquet services, with a passion for food preparation and culinary excellence. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety.

Responsibilities

Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation for both restaurant service and banquet events. Work closely with management to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Skills

Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on fine dining and banquet services. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent culinary skills with a creative flair for menu development. Effective leadership abilities to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Experience in restaurant management is highly desirable.
