Supervise kitchen staff and daily operations Manage food preparation, quality, and presentation Fill in for executive chef when absent Train and mentor junior cooks Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance Coordinate kitchen scheduling and workflow Assist with menu planning and cost control Maintain inventory and supplier relationships Handle kitchen emergencies and problem-solving Support hiring and staff development
