Required Skills & Qualifications
Culinary Degree/Diploma from a reputed institute.
6-10 years of progressive culinary experience (at least 2-3 years in a leadership role).
Strong expertise in menu planning, costing, and kitchen management.
Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality/QSR environment.
Knowledge of FSSAI norms, HACCP, and modern kitchen practices.
Creativity, leadership, and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
