Specialised in South Indian , Indian, Chinese and Arabic. Train, develop and motivate team to meet and exceed established food preparation standards. Submit cost proposals for all menu items. Provide directions for all day to day operations of kitchen. Provides guidance and directions to suboordinates including setting perfomance standards and monitoring. Excellent knowledge of all departments Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest need providing guidance, feedback, and individual coachingwhen needed Actively involves in menudevelopment and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the Food and Beverage operations Determines how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
