Job Description

Organization Profile: Tech Mahindra Foundation is the Corporate social responsibility arm of Tech Mahindra Limited, a Mahindra Group Company. The Foundation set up in 2007, as a Section 25 Company (referred to as a Section 8 Company in the Companies Act, 2013), has been working tirelessly in the areas of education, disability and employability with a keen focus on corporate volunteering. It operates across twelve locations in India. The Foundation has been running SMART Academies (since May 2016) with the intent of offering more advanced and longer-term courses in some specialized vocations. At present, the Foundation runs nine Tech Mahindra SMART Academies, including five SMART Academies for Healthcare, three SMART Academies for Digital Technologies and one SMART Academy for Logistics. The goal of setting up these Academies was twofold -- create, build and nurture youth to develop skills in specific industries including healthcare, digital technologies and logistics along with uplifting country's youth and transforming them into world-class professionals. The Academies offer both diploma and certificate (by the qualified professionals) courses. Work with one of India's top CSR Foundations. Tech Mahindra Foundation is looking for a resourceful and motivated individual for the above-mentioned vacancy. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with NGOs/Organizations/Community leaders/Educational institutes/Govt. departments and Asha Workers to reach out to students.
  • Conduct Field Mobilization campaigns at Communities, Job Melas, Malls, Gatherings, and Colleges etc.
  • Counsel potential students during outreach and establish and maintain a good relationship with them.
  • Maintain a database of parents / guardian / prospective students visiting Academy with the information as to their educational qualification, profession, and annual income in the given format.
  • Create a database of educational institutions in and around Hyderabad and Campaigning to reach out to potential candidates.
  • Perform counselling & career guidance to the interested students by making outbound calls, meeting, and converting it to admissions.
  • Resolve candidates' queries related to courses offered.
  • Daily/weekly/monthly reports on work done to Manager-Admissions.
  • Any other tasks assigned by reporting Manager.
Desired Skill Sets:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Counselling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Should be able to communicate in Telugu -regional language and Hindi language
  • Working knowledge of software applications including MS World, Excel, and Internet.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate should possess 2 Vehicle/4 Vehicle and a valid driving license
Qualification: Any Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
