We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented "Business Development Executive" to join our sales team.Key Responsibilities:- Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong networking abilities to build long-term client partnerships.- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through multiple channels (networking, cold calling, events, online platforms, partnerships).- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle independently: lead generation, client meetings, product demos, proposal preparation, scope of work (SOW) creation, negotiation, and closure.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.- Understand client pain points and recommend tailored software/ERP solutions.- Conduct field visits and in-person meetings with potential clients. Deliver product presentations and demos effectively to decision-makers.- Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to create customized proposals.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.- Maintain sales pipeline in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts/reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.Qualifications:- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.- 1+ years of proven experience in software/IT sales (ERP/CRM/SaaS preferred). Strong knowledge of ERP systems (ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) will be an added advantage.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to create proposals, quotations, and scope of work documents independently.- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
