-Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance-Flexible working options-Leadership RoleOur client is looking for an experienced and innovative Business Development Executive.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.Ideal Candidate :- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Telesales role, ideally within the Education, Real Estate and IT Services industry.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You have working knowledge of Good Communication skills, Team work, Planning Skills, Postive Attitude, Ability to work under pressure, Savvy Communication and Negotiation Skills- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- Savvy Communication & Negotiation Skills- Positive attitude -Be able to priorities and manage deadlines- Teamwork, flexible- Ability to work under pressure- Planning Skills (ref:updazz.com)
