The company is based in Noida and was established in 2004.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and communication with clients.1) Develop and maintain a customer and prospect database2) Convert leads to potential opportunities and win the business3) Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by personal visits, mails, phone etc.3) Carry out market research on potential industrial applications for the company\'s products.4) Must be able to achieve sales target and provide Monthly sales report to the managerMust have Education Qualification:1) Graduate / Post Graduate : Engineer (Preferred Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics)2) Candidates with knowledge of the following would be preferred:a) Sheet Metal Fabricationb) Industrial Centrifugal Pumps / Centrifugal Blowersc) Industrial Filteration Unitsd) Oil Skimmerse) PneumaticsMust have Skill Set:1) Must be fluent with Spoken & Written English and Hindi2) Strong analytical skill while selling product as per customer needs.3) Must use technical skills to explain the benefits of product and service to potential customers4) Must be street smart; should be able to make a viable business connect with OEM customers5) Must be able to read , understand , comprehend Mechanical Drawings6) Must be able to explain the client about the product(S) in a simple yet effective manner7) Sales Skills Communication, Negotiation, Closing Skills8) Candidate must be good with objection handlingComputer Aided Skill Set:1) Must be well versed with MS Office (Ms Word , Ms Excel, Powerpoint)2) Any knowledge of Solid Works / Auto Cad software would be an added advantageRoles and Responsibilities:The Sales Engineer will be responsible for the top-line growth. The individual will manage the direct business with OEMs by direct approach or distributors. The individual will also apply our expertise of product to achieve customer needs by customisation.
