As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, forging key relationships, and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Execute outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our cutting-edge home automation solutions.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and effectively conveying how our products and services can address those needs.- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective communication.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and contribute to overall strategy.- Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.Required Skills:- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Ability to work in a high-energy, target-driven environment.- Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection.- A passion for technology and the ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner.Bonus Skills:- Prior experience in telesales or business development.- Familiarity with CRM software.- Knowledge of home automation products and services.
