Responsibility & Deliverables:- Generating Revenue at optimum Margins.- Achieve and exceed the set targets both Top-Line and Bottom-Line Clients.- Conduct Market Research to identify new markets and customers.- Maintain Cordial relationships and build rapport with clients.- Assisting the Business Head in assessing the profile of the Customer to determine the Customer Credit Limit in the laid KYC format with an aim to achieve Zero Bad Depts.- Planning the Call and Visit Calendar well in time ensuring periodical visits.- Presenting well supported market information to the management for future strategic planning.- Ensuring proper Coordination between Sales and Logistics team.- Follow Fair Trade practices along with honesty & integrity.- Maintaining and updating the Customer database periodically.- Efficient and effective reporting of all Sales Calls and Visits, on daily basis.- Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the Characteristics, Strengths and Weaknesses of our existing products in par with competition.- Ensure customer complaints are well addressed and resolved in a timely manner.Work Timing: 10:30 am to 7.00 pm (Monday-Saturday)Reporting to: BDM/ Business Head.
