Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters. Manage onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.

Employee Records & Documentation:

Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases. Handle documentation for new joiners, exits, promotions, and transfers.

HR Operations & Support:

Support payroll inputs and attendance management. Assist in performance appraisal processes and probation evaluations. Ensure timely renewal and follow-up on employee contracts and benefits.

Employee Engagement & Communication:

Organize employee engagement activities and support internal communication efforts. Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in audits, internal checks, and policy reviews.

Reporting:

Prepare HR-related reports such as attrition, hiring status, and employee data analytics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
