We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, and daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives
Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Organize travel arrangements and itineraries
Maintain confidential records and files
Assist in office coordination and daily administrative tasks
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Skills & Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
