Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and organizing documents.
  • Manage and maintain the executive team\'s calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.
Qualification/ Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Proven experience as an Email Support Specialist, or Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word and other relevant software programs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 918,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
