Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prioritize and manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Ensure timely follow-up on key action items and decisions.
Operational & Strategic Support
Support the CEO in tracking organizational goals and project milestones.
Conduct research and prepare summaries to aid decision-making.
Coordinate with leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing and managing competing demands.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of productivity tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
