Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD) female (preferred )
Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the MD's office operates efficiently. This role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
Take accurate minutes of meetings and track action items for follow-up
Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Coordinate with senior management and departments on behalf of the MD
Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing urgent matters
Support strategic initiatives, projects, and special assignments as directed
Organize events, board meetings, and executive-level engagements
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
