Manage the Registrar's calendar and arrange schedule meetings, conferences, travel, and priorities.
Screen and prioritize communications (emails, calls, visitors).
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and reports; ensure documents are ready in advance.
Serve as the point of contact between the Registrar and internal/external partners.
Communicate meeting schedules, reminders, and follow-ups.
Work with committees, leadership teams, or boards on scheduling and materials.
Compile confidential files, itineraries, and official records.
Job Requirement
Work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent MS Excel knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
