Manage the Director's complex diary, schedule meetings, appointments, and proactively resolve conflicts.
Communication:
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; draft communications; act as a professional liaison for internal/external stakeholders.
Meeting Management:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items, and organize logistics.
Travel & Expenses:
Arrange complex travel (flights, hotels, transport) and manage expense reports.
Document Preparation:
Compile data, research, and prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Project Support:
Assist with special projects, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
Information Management:
Maintain confidential files, organize records, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an EA or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and autonomy.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Problem-solving abilities and initiative.
