We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Director in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments
Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls) on behalf of the Director
Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) including flights, hotels, and itineraries
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation as required
Assist in tracking tasks, deadlines, and projects for the Director
Maintain and organize confidential files and documents
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the Director
Handle personal tasks for the Director when needed
Support with strategic planning, data collection, and research tasks
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Business Administration or related)
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at a senior level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor and high level of discretion
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of business correspondence and corporate etiquette
Familiarity with project coordination or business operations
Experience in construction, transport, or similar industry (if applicable)
