Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts.
Draft, edit, and proofread business communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
Organization:
Maintain executive\'s calendar and help manage their time effectively.
Coordinate and oversee special projects and events.
Ensure the office is organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information and maintain the utmost discretion.
Manage confidential documents and information securely.
Technology:
Proficiently use office software and equipment.
Stay up-to-date with technology and tools that can enhance productivity.
Support:
Provide general administrative support to the executive team.
Assist with research, data analysis, and other tasks as needed.
Event Organisation:
Plan and coordinate office parties and events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees
Qualification & Work Experience
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent relevant experience of 10 years +
Proven experience as an executive secretary in a similar role.
Should be an extremely responsible, committed, and focused individual willing to work extra hours as needed to meet deadlines and accommodate schedules.
