(Government Project In Dhule, Maharashtra)SALARY: Rs 25,000/- To Rs.30,000/- Per Month.EXPERIENCE: Minimum 01 Year.QUALIFICATION: BE In Electrical /Mechanical /Civil.GENDER: Male Only.
AGE: Up To 35 Years Only.JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: **We Need A Candidate who Should Have Working Experience On Government Projects With Below Mentioned Role & Responsibilities:

• To Schedule Meetings & Organize Engineer's Calendars.
• Helps The Team Craft And Refine Ideas, Cultivate Sources, & Reports.
• Responsible For All Kind Of Documentation With The Government & All Other Authorities.
• To Respond To Routine Inquiries & Correspondence & Send Emails, Faxes.
• Create A Roadmap Of Projects & Execute Them With Pinpoint Accuracy With The Help Of The Team.
• Assist With The Public Bidding Process For All Projects By Gathering Necessary Bidding Documents; Arranging Money Transfers & Refunds & Recording Bids Once Bidding Has Opened.
• Comfortable With Frequent Cross-Functional & Senior Management Contact.
• Able To Exert Indirect Authority To Deliver Results.
• Provides Statistical Reports & Data On The Engineering Project To Carefully Document The Process, Provide Necessary Invoicing, & Purchase Needed Materials & Equipment.
• To Answer Phones & Direct Calls To The Proper Party Or Take A Message.
• Report To Seniors About The Progresses.
• To Administer The Electrical & Civil Works Department In The Organization.
• Good Communication In English & Marathi.
